Follow a few topics under Topics. Lede reads its sources on a schedule, so a brand new custom topic can take a little while to fill. A very narrow topic may simply have little coverage.

Lede has no accounts, so your saved stories live with the browser or app install that saved them. Clearing site data, uninstalling, or opening Lede on another device starts an empty reader. There is no way to sync between devices yet.

By design. Lede needs no email or password, so there is no account to hack and nothing that names you. See the Privacy Policy.

Each analysis says whether an AI model or Lede's built-in engine wrote it, and every story links to its sources. AI can be wrong, so check the original for anything important.

Open Settings. Language and Appearance (light, dark or system) are at the top. Your choice is remembered on this device.

Notifications are available in the Lede app for iOS and Android: Settings, then Notifications. If your phone has blocked them, open the phone's Settings, find Lede, and allow notifications. Alert sensitivity is under Topics.

Open Settings, then Reading data. Download my data gives you a JSON file. Delete my data asks you to type DELETE and then removes everything tied to your browser, permanently.

• Restore Pro on a new device: open Lede Pro and choose Restore purchases.
• Cancel on iPhone or iPad: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Lede.
• Cancel on Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions.
• Refunds: request them from Apple or Google. For a web purchase, contact us.
